We are indeed not on the beach, we could have built it there, but then we would have had to charge 150+ dollars per night / pp. , which is a bit steep for cabarete.
We are 5 minutes walk from the beach though. |

I can to Cabarete to learn to surf. I may differ from others, but my idea of a surf vacation is staying on the beach, so I was kind of surprised to find that we were in the Dominican village, about 15 min walk from any sort of beach access. The place is nice, but still, it's worth paying a little more and staying on a beach for my vacation. |
